Frequently Asked Questions

We offer a chalet and several apartments: Chalet de Pierre, Superior Balcony, Standard Balcony Plus, Standard Balcony, and Junior. All are fully equipped with functional kitchens, comfortable living rooms, cozy bedrooms, and bathrooms. 

The apartments can accommodate up to 8 people, depending on the one you choose. The chalet can accommodate up to 15 people.

You can find us at reception Monday to Friday from 7am to 10am and from 4pm to 7pm, and from 7am to 7pm on weekends. We speak French, English, Spanish, and Catalan: ask us your questions, we'll be happy to answer them.

Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge, and end-of-stay cleaning is included, provided the kitchen is left clean. Free Wi-Fi is available in each accommodation. We can also provide a baby pack upon request.

We offer an early morning delivery of fresh bread and pastries for an additional fee. Please feel free to contact us.

Yes, your pets are welcome in our seasonal rentals.
